Apci´s prospective study to consolidate actual and potential clients

The present article consists in the prospective study. Aimed at developing the commercial management of the Fire Protection Agency (APCI), through ananalysis of the main parameters that intervene in the process of provision of services; with the aim of achieving a consolidation of the entity with its actual customers and the potentials. For this, the scenario method was applied, whose sources of criteria consisted of a series of participatory techniques and reflection among the members of the Board of Directors of the company in which this analysis was applied.
