Abstract

The training of the cadres in Public Administration becomes a theoretical and practical foundation so that the Cuban directive incorporate the arguments and changes required with methods and address styles, the transformation in a creative way and the effective exercise of the public function in the entities. The article shows the results and impacts achieved in the General Attorney of the Republic of Cuba. with this preparation of its cadres.
