Territorial and institutional development

The second issue of the eighth volume of 2024 of the Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration addresses various topics related to territorial and institutional development. The issue includes original articles and a reflection article, with authors from Cuba, Algeria, Argentina and China. The articles address the secure software development life cycle, potential trade with the BRICS, the comprehensive transformation of vulnerable communities, capacity building for strategic management of municipal development, management of local development projects through knowledge of lessons learned, future scenarios at the municipal level towards the year 2030. Other topics are linked to the statistical analysis of organizational variables in an ophthalmological hospital, the socio-psychological characterization of managers in a biopharmaceutical company and the study of the impact of the diploma in business management for managers in a provincial sugar company. Tools for the evaluation of postural ergonomic risks are also analyzed.
