Social perception of technoscience and innovation from projects of the University of Computer Science

The conflict of interests is a basic and essential element of any social system in general, and of the legal regulatory system in particular. When the interests of all subjects of legal relations coincide, it produces more than management; it produces a partnership and cooperation, in which there are no overbearing orders or imperative instructions based on dominant functions. Economic conflict constitutes a permanent and even necessary component of all social relations, especially economic and legal ones. This article aims to conceptualize economic conflict through its definitions, approaches, the role of the jurist in its resolution, and behaviors in complex systems and the resolution of economic conflict, highlighting the role of the jurist.
