    El primer número del octavo volumen de 2024 de la Revista Cubana de Administración Pública y Empresarial aborda diversas temáticas de actualidad. Conforman el número artículos originales y uno de reflexión, con autores de Cuba, México, Brasil y China. Los artículos abordan la gestión del capital humano relativo a las competencias de directivos, la evaluación del desempeño con enfoque de competencias en directivos empresariales, el marco de referencia de competencia digital docente y la formación académica y profesional de directivos empresariales. Otros temas vinculados con la transformación digital se incluyen como plataformas de participación ciudadana, percepción ciudadana de la transparencia y la integridad en la protección del patrimonio público, transformación digital y desarrollo local y modernización al estilo chino. También se incluyen artículos relacionados con la cultura organizacional y la gestión eficiente de la maquinaria agrícola.

Conforman el número artículos originales, con autores de Cuba, Ecuador y Brasil. Los artículos abordan temas relacionados con los modelos de innovación como la evaluación organizacional en empresa de alta tecnología biofarmacéutica, la innovación en pequeñas empresas constructoras, la ISO 56002 en el desarrollo del sistema inteligente de transporte y la innovación frugal. También se abordan artículos relativos al desarrollo local, la percepción ciudadana de “buen gobierno”, la agricultura de conservación y el nivel de circularidad, así como la entropía de la información en el ámbito energético.

El artículo de revisión está referido a la economía circular para la seguridad alimentaria.
