Abstract

This article discusses international standards on the Information Technology process. Of all the reference models studied, COBIT is the only one that presents a global vision of IT. The information on COBIT (Control objectives for information and related technologies) was analyzed; ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library); SBC (Balanced Scorecard); ISO 27001; ISO 9000 and PSP (Personal Software Process).
